The only potentially negative issue would be that I was promised a tank of gas from the service dept. but I believe they just forgot and I live an hour + from the dealership, so it really wasn't a big deal. Again, Enrique was never pushy, always friendly and was there for us even after the sale. If I buy another Toyota, I will definitely look up Enrique! By the way, we love our FJ! More
