Kevin found the truck dealers close to my house could not find. No dealer could match his price point. Nick saved me from jumping through hoops. He saw I had excellent credit and offered me a deal my credit union couldn't match. It was well worth a drive up from the bay area. Thanks again Kevin and Nick. More

Called, emailed twice, NO REPLY! Terrible customer follow up I called the dealership yesterday, spoke with a sales rep, and he was going to "talk to his boss" and call me back. He never did. I also emailed TWICE and got only one form letter as a response. This is a they type of dealership that Toyota is famous for...the WORST customer service in the industry. I ended up using Lithia Toyota in Springfield, OR. Worth the drive to get a dedicated, polite, thorough sales rep. I recommend Keith Moreck, super knowledgeable, and he makes you feel important even if you don't buy a car from him! More
