Great Experience I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road at this dealership, and not only was it my best experience purchasing a vehicle, it was my best I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road at this dealership, and not only was it my best experience purchasing a vehicle, it was my best experience at a dealership period. I reached out to the dealer midweek, and spent the remainder of the week keeping in touch and haggling with salesman Kevin Hamlin. While salesmen from other dealers chose to basically tell me to kick rocks, Kevin appreciated that I was trying to get the most fair deal possible for both parties. When I pulled up to the dealership the truck I wanted was parked in front, and business was done quickly. I was in and out of the dealership in less than a couple hours, which I didn't even think was possible. Kevin was professional and seemed to be a straight shooter, which I appreciated. All in all, during my search for a Toyota Tacoma this was the most professional dealer I dealt with, and I will be a returning customer. More

Frustrating Over all I like toyota town and my service advicer was awesome. My frustrations lie in the fact I made an appointment for a 5,000 service which is ro Over all I like toyota town and my service advicer was awesome. My frustrations lie in the fact I made an appointment for a 5,000 service which is rotating tires check fluid levels my time allowed by serving mechanic was 45 minutes. So why did I have to wait 2 hours 45 minutes? Because toyota town allows vehicles in from 7:30 am and doesn't seem to consider it's appointment folks we get in line it's a first come first serve type of service so had I made or didn't make appointment I'd still waited the same amount of time. Fix that problem and your service department will become fantastic. More
