We negotiated by email and when we came to terms, I drove 2 hours to the dealership, signed papers, and drove out in 1 hour. Adam Baza in Fiance was great too. Got through the paperwork quickly and no hassles. Best new car buying experience ever. I highly recommend Toyota Town. More
Best Dealership in Town Highly recommend Toyota in terms of safety. We purchased a Corolla in November 2017 that was later totalled in an accident January 2018 that we were Highly recommend Toyota in terms of safety. We purchased a Corolla in November 2017 that was later totalled in an accident January 2018 that we were able to walk away from with only scratches. We went back one month later and were able to purchase another new Toyota. I enjoyed that they took our situation into consideration and were glad to work with us instead of just pushing us aside as if our hands were tied. We were able to get into a new vehicle with a great deal as before. If I ever decide a few years from now to buy a new vehicle its definitely going to be a Toyota. More

Using the Costco program, I was really satisfied with the no haggling price program. Since we arrived late in the day, we were concern about the time we were going to stay. Over-all, I was satisfy with the service. It was till we completed all the paperwork's and financing that we have to wait around 30 minutes for our car to arrive. We were there from 6pm to 9pm, without eating dinner and 2 of our kids was waiting for us to be back home, the wait felt a lot longer. When filling out all the paperwork's, I felt that during that time, the vehicle should have been getting prepared for us. Stephanie was a great help in getting a hold of other staff members so that we get an update on the status of the vehicle. More

Customer not right New car 2017 bought in Dec , They wont give me an oil change they said it’s not in schedule for maintanace. . Car has 3k + today, I drive 180 miles a day and b4 I took the car home 11+ months sitting on the lot so I just want to change oil even not on schedule.. talk to the manager n still didn’t want to give it to me due to NOT ON SCHEDULE of my extended warantee. I even said I’m willing to pay for it. still telling me not recommended. So is it customer not always right? More
