Best Customer Service & Follow-Up I have been a long time customer for over 15 years now and make sure to sign every lease with Stockton Toyota because negotiations have always gone ve I have been a long time customer for over 15 years now and make sure to sign every lease with Stockton Toyota because negotiations have always gone very well and there is usually never any hidden fees once I get to the finance department. And because I had issues with the details of my last lease, I made sure to tell Ashley about is so we could alleviate the problems so they would not occur this time. There was no haggling with the price and she made sure that I ended up with the exact vehicle I wanted. Ashley also followed up prior to my purchase as well as after the deal was done, which proves that the customer service was top notch. More
