5000 mile service on June 19, 2019 Service employee (Mark Stults) took the trouble to research maintenance data on my 2005 Prius (over 400,000 miles), and found that Fuel Induction Clea Service employee (Mark Stults) took the trouble to research maintenance data on my 2005 Prius (over 400,000 miles), and found that Fuel Induction Cleaning had not been done for over 100,000 miles. Ten Stars - ecstatic customer I recently went in to get a service done on my Toyota Corolla. While I was there, a used car (Toyota C-HR) caught my eye. I mentioned it to the shuttl I recently went in to get a service done on my Toyota Corolla. While I was there, a used car (Toyota C-HR) caught my eye. I mentioned it to the shuttle driver, Stephanie, and she immediately gave me the name and number of the person I needed to speak to about purchasing a vehicle (Suzy Yanez). I did some research on the car and decided to talk to someone about it. Granted, I have never purchased a car from a car lot before and was going to require some serious help and advice. When I went to pick up my Corolla, I mentioned to the service agent (Rick Macias) that I was thinking about getting a newer car and he immediately mentioned Suzy as being the very best sales agent there. After a quick phone call, I met the remarkable Suzy. She never came across as pushy or conniving, but instead gave her honest opinions. She had me test a few cars and gave me the pros and cons of new versus used on this particular model. After test driving the various vehicles, she came up with an offer for my trade-in and a price for the new car. It was perfect – except for they did not have the color I wanted. Not a problem for Suzy! She tracked down the car I wanted and personally picked it up the next morning after inspecting it to make sure it was in absolute perfect condition. While I was filling out some paperwork, Rick Macias recognized me from earlier. He gave me some great advice about service packages and extended warranties (which I later fact-checked at home). Again – completely honest and kind, which was a huge selling point on adding on additional packages. Doing the final paperwork was an actual joy – it was with Jeff Renwick. We have some mutual friends and had a great time chatting. It did not seem like I was signing legal documents, it was like having lunch with a buddy. When all was said and done, Suzy had placed a red bow on the car (my first brand new vehicle), took some pictures for me, and then sat me down and gave me instructions on some of the safety features of the vehicle. She also introduced me to one of my new favorite features: Apple CarPlay. I never felt like a customer, I felt like I was a new friend. I love my car – so much so that I named it. I am a naturally frugal person, so buying a new vehicle was not something that I was preparing to enjoy. Because of the kindness, honesty and personability of Rick Macias, Suzy Yanez and Jeff Renwick, I am able to enjoy the experience as a cherished memory. I highly recommend any one of them for your Toyota needs. More
