Bad costumer service I am very unhappy of Stockton dealership , they did not want to work with me or negotiate the deal ,very fast in and out. Even the sales person said I am going talk to the negotiator who ever he was and either way he will come to say good by to you ,and she came back and said he is not excepting your offer and doesn’t want to say by. I took my car in for factory recommended service. Got a call for replacement on the engine air filter and fuel injection service. I agreed and paid for it on arrival. I get into my car and as I am about to call for replacement on the engine air filter and fuel injection service. I agreed and paid for it on arrival. I get into my car and as I am about to drive off I notice a cracked windshield glass. There was no damage on the windshield before the service. I asked the service technician ( Russel Kamibayashi) what is this. His explanation made no sense. He told it happened because the car was sitting in the sun that's why it cracked. I don't park my car in the garage, it always have been parked on the street. Such incident didn't happen then. Him and his service manager dog me out and purely hold me responsible for the windshield damage. The service manager accused me of trying to get his technician to pay for it. I never mentioned such a thing. I was a regular and loyal customer. I can not even explain the kind of treatment I got at the hands of the service advisor and his manager. They expect you to pay for service, on top of extra service and then pay for their mistakes which happened in their service lot. Really disappointed and disgusted by the treatment today. Not going back and I advise you to be very careful with the scam artists in this place. They have not only lost one but three customers from my family. Beware. More
I have never understood why one has to wait hours for general servicing when one has an appointment. What is the point of making the appointment?
