Let me start off by saying that the sales crew at this dealership are very friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. I had previously done research and found out that the trade-in value of my trailblazer was approx. 5800-6000, the dealership could only offer me at best 3500. When I questioned this figure I was told by sales mgmt. that it was all that my trade would bring at natl. auction. Later that day I went to a neighboring dealership where I got my trade-in value. Regretfully I couldn't do business with Kevin and the guys at South but otherwise have nothing but praises on the way I was treated there. More

John Rakestraw is an outstanding sales representative. Rather than pushing a product, he listens to the customer, offering options and focusing on getting the correct vehicle for the client. John was very patient and understanding, when other salespeople may have been at wits end. The vehicle he knew would meet my needs was not on site, but he coordinated with Dan, the sales manager, and found the exact vehicle to fit my requirements. I was given a very fair value for the vehicle I was trading - and the price of the new one was in my budget. Steve and his father both keep their finger on the pulse of activities at this site. They are avaiable to customers, engage them in conversation and ensures each persons expereince is a good one. This is very refreshing and professional. WOW! This is the best description I can give the entire staff at Toyota South. I can honestly say without a doubt, I have NEVER been treated better than I have at Toyota South. The guys go out of their way to accomodate you and your schedule when you need your vehicle serviced!! They have always been courteous, very friendly, honest and they really listen to you when you talk. When I have my vehicle serviced, they pick up my car, leave me with a new loaner, bring mine back serviced and looking better than when they took it. They even sent the most beautiful flowers to my wife's mothers funeral a few weeks ago! My wife and I both have the same thoughts, we have been treated so good, we are customers for LIFE! We were able to negotiate a very fair price with this dealership (better by $100 or more than any other dealership in the area)and acquire a 2011 Avalon Limited with the features we wanted. The entire process was very efficient and took us no more than 2-3 hours including the financing. We were also offered special treatment of the paint and upholstery at dealer cost and full tank of gas. Mr. Lou Stewart was our sales respresentative and he made the entire process work very efficiently. This is our third Toyota and our first new one --- this dealership was not only local, fair and efficient but very friendly, as well. More
