Giving a Good Report We have driven Toyotas for over 25 years. We have bought 4 Toyota cars..., 1 Camry, 1 Avalon and 2 Hybrid Camrys. Three of these four vehicles were We have driven Toyotas for over 25 years. We have bought 4 Toyota cars..., 1 Camry, 1 Avalon and 2 Hybrid Camrys. Three of these four vehicles were purchased at Toyota South. So when we decided to purchase another new car, we automatically were thinking of purchasing a Toyota. We did not know Zach Dunn. We met him because he responded quickly to our on line inquiry about hybrid Toyotas. When we went to look at new cars in person we naturally asked for Zach. He was every bit as knowledgeable and pleasant in person as he had been on line. We have had all kinds of experiences over the years when going to look for a new car. This was one of the most cordial, pleasant, courteous experiences we have had. Zach not only was knowledgeable about the different models and features but he was also "low key" and patient. Not at any time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. We went back several times to look. And from the time we made our decision regarding model, color and the options we wanted to yesterday when we picked up the car Zach remained the same courteous, friendly Toyota South staff member that he had been on line. Our car was actually delivered to the dealership round the first of February. But, because of snow and inclement weather, we postponed getting the car several times. Zach was extremely patient and understanding in our wanting to delay picking up the car. We appreciated this very much. We simply cannot say enough positive things about Zach! More

Best of a bad situation After having sudden trouble with my other car, I was put in a position to have to find a new car as quickly as I could. They were not pushy with pushing a sell and wanted to make sure that I got a car that was within my budget and that would fit my needs. Even though I would rather of not had my original car troubles, I was able to get what I feel is an excellent car and they made the experience as good as it could have been.
