Cynthia in finance was great as well. She also answered all questions, and when a concern arose, she explained it as well as she could, and then went and got the person that calculated the price and had him come in and explain everything. Even though this was the first time I had met either one of them, it was like I was in the company of old friends. Great job!! More

Great expereince. Thanks to the Toyota South team. After my car was totaled, I did an internet search and found a used car as possible replacement at Toyota South. Price was reasonable and initial inf After my car was totaled, I did an internet search and found a used car as possible replacement at Toyota South. Price was reasonable and initial information on the car looked good. It was a 3 hour trip for us see the car and we wanted to make sure the car was as described before making the trip. I contacted Clarence Claypoole, internet sales, who gave a through description of the car and answered all questions. Negotiated a price and decided to make the trip to take a look. The car was great. As good or better than described. Clarence was excellent to work with. Overall, it was one of the best car purchase experiences over the last 35 years.
