Lying about numbers to an Accountant. The sales was nice, but the finance guy was a joke. I was amazed that after knowing I was an accountant they still tried to shaft me. They claimed that I did not qualify for incentives that I knew I did. They gave me a rate saying it was the lowest I could get, but 5 minutes later it dropped 2 more points. Then they tried to add on warranties and gap insurance. The difference in our numbers was $3,600. Next time I will get my financing from my credit union and drive to Lexington. I walked away and will never go to another gates dealership again. I also will tell all of my CPA friends about my horriable experience. More
