Brandon is excellent - he makes sure he understands what's wrong w/the car before authorizing necessary repairs. He is also sensitive to my needs and works w/me in any way possible. He is an asset to your dealership and if I was to send someone your way, I would strongly encourage them to work w/him. My one criticism is the price of your service. My most recent oil change was over $80 (even after a credit) and that's a lot! I know you balance and rotate tires ((which is not done at the corner jiffy lube) and perhaps I don't understand that the benefit of the service is worth the additional cost.
