I was coming up on my scheduled oil change and decided to stop by this location because it was closer to my house. I was greeted very pleasently by the staff; especially Mr. Scott Blatchford. He entered my information in no time and set me up in the waiting room. I was offered refreshments and he kept checking in on me. I came in for an oil change, but unfortunately I had a few unexpected repairs. I have never seen anyone explain the necessary repairs in detail and so I could understand them. He also informed me of what services were immediate and would could wait a little. Hands down, the best experience ever! More

Don was exceptionally helpful from the moment I arrived. I had called the week prior to ensure there was availability for a 25K mi checkup. When I used to change my own oil and do my owning timing, change the points and spark plugs, I knew whether what I was getting was a good deal. Now I have no clue. So building trust with a dealer is of the utmost importance. I've been twice to Toyota South, and the first time they saved me just under $800.00 by taking advantage of warranty work. This time, while they did regular maintenance that I could notice, they also did work that had not been expected. I felt like I might have been sold something that is not worth the money. Time will tell if cleaning the fuel injectors really improves fuel efficiency. I might just call the Car Talk guys on NPR and see what they say... Overall, though, Brandon was pleasant, prompt and businesslike; I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. and I can feel the difference in how the car handles and responds. More

Scott and the General manager Gary were incredible to deal with as when I first bought my car at Toyota South, the Salesman was clueless. I purchased my 2009 Toyota Avalon from Toytoa South and would puchase their again, just not from the worst sales person in history. That being said, it's not what happens, but what happens when you make management aware of the situation, and THAT IS WHERE TOYOTA SOUTH MANAGEMENT AND their SCOTT B. thrived. I greatly appreciate their efforts and will continue to drive over 1 hour for my service needs. More
