In 35 plus years of purchasing vehicles, they made the sales process simpler than any previous experience. Steve provided an "Out-The-Door" price that two other dealers would not come close to matching. Ron spent an extraordinary amount of time making sure that we understood all features of our new 4Runner. I have bought vehicles from many different car dealerships over the past 35 years, and this was by far the most satisfying purchase experience. Thank you again Ron and Steve. More

Vehicle was noted to have passed a 160 point inspection. On the drive home we noticed the fog light did not work. There was no owners manual with the vehicle (one is being mailed), when we had questions and called no response was given. We had to figure it out. There was also 2 keys given to us but the salesman was in such a rush that he failed to note that only one of the keys would start the vehicle. We found that out after the vehicle would not start and had the vehicle towed to a local dealership to determine the problem. The priority of this dealership is to sell vehicles, customer service is not a factor (at least not after they sell the vehicle). More

When I submitted my inquiry about the vehicle, I listed the VIN, to make sure we would be talking about the same vehicle. The dealership called me to see if I had any questions. I asked if $37658 was their lowest price and was told yes. I spoke to the dealership at least two more times before making the 230+ mile trip and they never mentioned a problem with the price. When I arrived on 12/31/14, was told that the price on Autotrader.com was wrong (caused by a "computer glitch") and that the price was actually $51,000. As of today, more than a week after I first saw the advertisement on Autotrader, the truck is still listed at $37,658 on Autotrader. Will never consider buying a vehicle from this dealership again. Wasted time, fuel and money. More
Not a reputable dealership I saw a car I was interested in at Toyota South Morrow Ga. I was approved thru my credit union and had to find a car, which i did. Thru the process of the paperwork and inspections that the credit union required,the final phase was the installation of the tracking device that was also required. Toyota South agreed to have the device installed and made an appointment for the guy to come and put it in the car at 4pm at which time i would arrive with the check from the credit union to pay for the car. i spoke with the Manager Mr Rod Sanderson and he talked to the credit union rep after he received my approval letter. At 3pm i received a call from the credit uion rep wanting to know if Iwas still interested in the car. I didnt know what he was talking about. A call came in cancelling the installation of the device and they thought I no longer wanted the car. What hapen was someone came into the office after they set the appointment but before they came in to installed the device and purchased the car,they SOLD the car knowing I was coming in to buy it. I only had a couple more hours before I would have been in their dealership with check in hand. I thought they were very unprofessional and need to work on their customer friendly service. It seems as if they are more about the money the having a good customer relationship without any loss of money. More

Rude salesperson To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a complaint against one of your salespersons— Tom Williams. I came in today in the late afternoon and requested a To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a complaint against one of your salespersons— Tom Williams. I came in today in the late afternoon and requested a test drive of 3–4 specific vehicles I was interested in leasing. Tom asked me if I was ready to purchase that day, I replied no, just researching options. We test drove a Rev4. Then I requested to see the interior of the Camry, Accord, and Prius. His reply was a deep sign and the words "you gotta be kidding me." I was not only shocked by his unwillingness to let me see the inside of the cars first hand, but was insulted by his attitude. That morning I test drove 5 vehicles at the Honda dealership next door and experienced excellent customer service from 3 salepeople there. And while their product is inferior in my opinion, I will not sign my lease with your dealership due to my experience there today. Shameful. Sincerely, Mikhail Mazor More
