Best Toyota on the East Coast Toyota South is by far the best car buying experience I can remember. From the time I walked on the lot, I was catered to. I usually look beyond the f Toyota South is by far the best car buying experience I can remember. From the time I walked on the lot, I was catered to. I usually look beyond the first steps of buying anything because most of the salesmen "butter you up" to get you just one step closer to buying. However, that was not the case here. My salesman Mike, was patient (so patient that I was his only client for about 6 hours of debating) and kind and understanding why I wasn't quite ready to rush into more car payments. Well, 6 hours later I decided to go with the 2015 Toyota Camry (which is AMAZING). Mike then passed me off to his finance guy, G. G also made sure that everything was crystal clear for me to understand. I walked out of there thinking I would be paying right under $600 per month and came back 2 days later to find out that G had worked some magic and landed me a payment a bit below $500 per month. Here we are 5000 miles later and it's time for my first factory required maintenance (was was a gift to me from Toyota for 2 years and every 5000 miles, I take in my car and they take care of it). I usually don't like to schedule maintenance because of my work scheduled, it's hard to find a good time to work around my schedule- NOT THIS TIME. Timing was not an issues- I dropped off my car overnight, in their safe and secure lot and got an email the following day, a call from a service representative to further confirm that my car visit is complimentary and wouldn't cost a single penny and last I got a text to tell me that my car was ready for pick-up, which is best since I can't just answer a personal call while I'm at work. I picked my car up in its same great working condition and checked out with a $0 balance, just like they said I would. That definitely helped me to trust them and not hesitate one second when I go to recommend a dealership for a new car. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Toyota South. More
