I just got a new car with Toyota last Saturday after going to different car dealership and couldn't find a car i like. On getting to Toyota we met a sales person at the door by the name Cameron People going to different car dealership and couldn't find a car i like. I never received the 250.00 gift card. I signed up for that online and never received it. Not that it matters, but my customer service experience along with the buying experience all the way through the f that online and never received it. Not that it matters, but my customer service experience along with the buying experience all the way through the finance part was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! It seems like there is too much going on and you guys dont care about the customer. All you care about is getting your paycheck and completely draining the customer of a excellent customer service experience. I am so unhappy and dissatisfied. I really wanted to give back my car and go elsewhere. More
