Awesome Experience with Brent at Toyata South! Great experience with Brent and came out with an awesome 2007 Honda Odyssey. Unlike with Atlanta Toyota where they pulled the rug under you. I went there to look and purchase a 2006 Honda Odyssey and after test driving the vehicle and negotiating a price, I told the sales person I was leaving to grab food because I was hungry and we can complete the deal after I get back. After I get back from grabbing a bite, they sell the van to someone else. Extremely disappointed and frustrated because I was there first and only took a 30 minute break to grab something to eat. However, not all was lost, I found my way to Toyota South and they took really good care of me from start to finish, even when I did leave to talk to my wife or take a break to grab food. They held onto the keys and took care of my transaction. Thank You Toyota South and Brent. You guys are great and have a long time customer in me. I will refer you to others! More

Service The experience with Toyota South is outstanding. While waiting for financing approval a few minutes seemed like hours (but that was my own nerves). While I was waiting several staff checked on me to see if I was ok or needed anything. Nellie F. was my Sales Associate and she is the best. From the time we spoke on the phone to the time I walked out of the dealership she was extremely pleasant and a joy to work with. I walked out of the dealership with a 2015 Prius. Nellie made sure I was comfortable with the features and knew how to operate the car. Initially my payments were a little high but manageable. However, the next day, the Finance Manager, Jason called me and told me he was able to lower my payments. Naturally, I was overjoyed. Now I have a car that I absolutely love and reasonable payments. I had already signed the papers accepting the higher payments but for Jason to work on the financing after I left is absolutely remarkable. I sincerely recommend this dealership to everyone.
