NOthing but great service Allow me to start by saying, I have purchased two cars from Toyota South in the past 2yrs. My first experience didn't go as well as I had expected be Allow me to start by saying, I have purchased two cars from Toyota South in the past 2yrs. My first experience didn't go as well as I had expected because the person that I was suppose to see was not available on the day that I went to the dealership. So I went against my better judgement and went with the card that I had been dealt. Fortunately that salesperson is no longer there. (Not because of me) After deciding to trade my Corolla in after 1 yr, I went back to the dealership and was introduced to the salesman that I was suppose to see the previous year. That sales person was Kavin Mitchell. He came highly recommended and I was very satisfied with the care he took in helping me decide to purchase the car that I wanted. Kavin is a very polite and attentive young man and he did everything he could to help me seal that deal and I am very happy with my 2014 Camry. Now Kavin has moved on to the Service Dept and he is just as attentive as a Service Specialist as he was as a Sales Person. I have never had to wait a long period of time to get my car serviced. Whenever I take my car in to be serviced, I would wait no more than 5-10 min to get all checked in. Even when I was told that the wait would be longer for the complete service, it wasn't a long wait to me. I will recommend anyone to visit this dealership. Everyone I've met there have always been very nice. Kudos to all of the staff at Toyota South, Morrow Ga. Kavin Mitchell...you rock! Keep up the good work and follow your dreams. Stay away from their used cars! This was the worst car purchase in my life! I took a chance on a 2011 Nissan Altima that had been on the lot for a while. The managers assured me there was nothing wrong with the car. This is my second time buying from here, and my sales lady was very pleasant. (Tisa) Poor thing, she did everything she could even weeks after the deal was signed. After being accused of writing a worthless check. (YES, they did that) I informed Andre Terry (sales manager) about the issues with the car. Oh boy was he a totally different person. He basically told me to go shove it and pay for the repairs myself. What a waist of $15,000 dollars! Never again will I purchase from this dealership. Thanks a lot Andre Terry. More
Pleased with the overall service and waiting area I went into the dealership expecting to be told It was late in the afternoon. And maybe they might be too busy. I ordered a new door handle for my 1998 Camry at the parts counter. It was taken right into the service area. My wait time was a lot less than I expected. I appreciate the customer service and quick repair in the shop. I would recommend Toyota South for anyone in this area. Or anyone passing through. I have been a Toyota customer since 1974. More
