This is the first time I have leased, or purchased a new vehicle from a dealership in over 30 years. The past 5 vehicles were purchased "pre-owned/used from CarMax or similar outlets. The Covid Virus was entering its 3rd year (Dec 2021) when I made the decision to purchase or lease a new car. I am a caregiver, so it is extremely important that I purchase/or lease the most reliable vehicle that was also economical to operate. The Corolla I leased has met my expectations. I was able to complete the deal without actually seeing the vehicle, or sitting in it, and completed most of the paperwork at home. I have had the vehicle for 2 full months now, and I am happy that I was able to do business with Toyota South Atlanta. More
I was told by a manager at Toyota Newnan, that no dealerships in the state of Georgia would have a 2022 Toyota Venza in stock, that the only way I could see one in person would be to order one, and p dealerships in the state of Georgia would have a 2022 Toyota Venza in stock, that the only way I could see one in person would be to order one, and pay a $500 deposit. This made no sense to me; order something I've never seen, nor test drove! I decided to visit Toyota South Atlanta in Morrow, and to my surprise, parked in the Showroom was a beautiful black 2022 Toyota Venza. I have visited several Toyota dealerships in the past year, and I must say that I received much better service during my visit at Toyota South Atlanta. My salesman, Mr. Joe Brown and Santos, the Finance Manager were both awesome. Before and after completing the sale, Mr. Brown went over all of the major functions of the vehicle with me, and he assured me that I could return anytime if I'd have questions or concerns. Everyone was very professional, helpful, courteous, and patient with me. I was never made to feel pressured, wasn't being lied to, everything was straight forward. I received outstanding service, and Mr. Brown is an excellent salesman with lots of years of experience, and he won't steer you wrong. There is no other Toyota Dealership I plan to do business with from here on out; I highly recommend them. More
I visited the service department, and was assisted by Kaelin, the Valet Manager, who was kind enough to go over the different functions of my new 2022 Toyota Venza, which I had purchased a couple days pr Kaelin, the Valet Manager, who was kind enough to go over the different functions of my new 2022 Toyota Venza, which I had purchased a couple days prior. Although the salesman had gone over many of the functions with me, being a senior citizen and being so overwhelmed about having a new car after 16 years, by the next morning I had forgotten all what we had covered. Kaelin was very familiar with every aspect of this vehicle. He reconnected my bluetooth so that I could make and receive calls, and with the assistance of Service Lane Manager, Konner Moore, they hooked up the navigational system on the touchscreen so that I could use Google Map; the fact that I have an Android phone, made things a little more complex. I want to commend both of these young men on their professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, courtesy, and patience. Their attention to providing Superior Customer Service is impeccable. Although Kaelin, is not directly employed with Toyota, since the Valet Service is only contracted through Toyota, he should be; he would be a real asset. He is a true people's person, and obviously knows the operation of their vehicles better then some of the salesman and service advisors whom I have come in contact with over the years. This is the third Toyota I have purchased since June of 1989, so I should know. I look forward to visiting the service department again in the future. More

This was my first time going to Toyota south, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My salesperson Tim was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. I love the dealership. Miss the popcorn. People are very friendly. Maybe I can get a lower payment, but I am always satisfied with the vehicles I have gotten over the years. Gerald is a Great Sales person and I enjoyed working with him. I have had great services when I bring my vehicle back for services…I DO MISS THE POPCORN. I do know why it isn’t there. I love also how Wendy called me until she got me to make sure I got my document to sign and get it back to her so I can get my tags and the taxes from my vehicle without any trouble. I truly appreciate that. The team at Toyota South is really great. I am thankful. I will be back to get another vehicle. My RAV4 2022 is my third vehicle. I am a satisfied customer.
