Excellent New Car Purchase Experience I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma this weekend and I have to admit the the experience was refreshing. I worked with Lorenzo Johnson making this the 5th I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma this weekend and I have to admit the the experience was refreshing. I worked with Lorenzo Johnson making this the 5th new Toyota I have purchased from him. Lorenzo is very easy going and listens to what the customer is looking for and then starts trying to match what Toyota South Atlanta can offer. He does not use the technique that most people expect from a car salesman which is "High Pressure". Instead; he works to make sure he understands your needs and that you leave having a pleasurable experience.....even if you do not purchase from him that day. I also work with Jason Tootle, Sales Manager, for the Tacoma purchase. He was very informative and worked with me to determine the best option for the purchase. Can't go without saying that I use the Toyota South Service Department to service all of my vehicles and have for many years. I always try to go to John Mannering, Service Manager, with my vehicles. I consider him not only as an subject matter expert, but also a friend. I trust him when he tells me something needs to be done to one of my vehicles. You can too. TB More

Toyota South Atlanta provided me with impeccable service! On Friday morning, I was en route to another dealership, when I stop by Toyota South Atlanta out curiosity. I was really apprehensive about going there, after being turned down by previous dealerships. When I walked in I was immediately greeted Carisma, who was extremely professional and walked me through the entire car purchase, she even gave me a ride to the insurance office. I've never encountered a representative who was so attentive to their buyers needs. Once Carisma came out of her manager office and congratulated me with an approval I was in complete shock. Despite my approval, I was still waiting for an absurd monthly car payment quote, but not with Toyota South Atlanta! I bought a great car, with an affordable car note and I would refer anyone to Toyota South Atlanta, because I wasn't treated by my challenged credit history, they treated me with respect and provided 5 Star Customer Service and quite frankly that's something that I've rarely encounter.
