Buying a new car This is the This is the busiest dealership I think I've ever visited, and there was a sense of everyone trying to do their best for the customers that were coming in the doors. Finding just the right car is always a bit of a challenge for me, but there were so many great options to consider. The color I preferred was not available with the options I wanted in the Morrow location, but there was no hesitation in finding exactly what I wanted at another dealership and getting it delivered to Morrow. Family members came with me, and our complaint was the long waits - especially to see a financial officer. It seems that there is a need for more employees in the financial area or a way to streamline the big stack of paperwork., so you don't have to spend so much time waiting to finalize a deal. Lorenzo Johnson was recommended by a long-time friend, and he was just as my friend had told me. He knew "the subject of Toyota cars" very well, and was a huge help as I tried to understand things about the cars I looked at and drove. More
