Recently, I decided to trade in and purchase a new Camry. My experience with the Sales department leads me to comment very favorably about the following employees. Ms. Shanice Brown, the Concierge Relations Representative, was helpful in the process of selecting the cars I chose to test drive. She knew her product and could answer my questions about features and functionality. Mr. Gerald Randle, the Sales Consultant, made the deal an enjoyable experience. I felt comfortable in the negotiation process. Mr. Randle was pleasant, personable and he took the time to understand my needs; we were able to negotiate a closing deal in a reasonable time. I would welcome the opportunity to do business with him again in the future. Mr. Thomas Dortch III, the Finance Manager, handled the sales/registration process in a timely manner and I felt respected as a customer in working with him. He took the time to answer all my questions and was flexible and patient in handling all the necessary matters of finance and documentation. I close with one additional comment of appreciation for Mr. John Mannering, Service Department, who has assisted me with the maintenance of my previous Toyota vehicles for several years.
