A very pleasant experience!! i recently received a letter about a car purchase from Capital One so i went into the dealership to see what it was all about. When i arrived i was pleased with the service of Derrick Samuels. He didnt pressure and he helped any way he could to get me in a car. I wasnt in the market to buy just wanted some info, but after hearing all the wonderful things he could do for me....i couldnt say no. So now i have a 2017 Toyota Corolla. I didnt want that car at first but after all the things he should me it could do i was impressed!! So i have it now and couldnt be happier!! More

Not only did she come to my house so I did not have to visit the car dealership but she was prompt professional positive and I actually enjoyed my purchase experience even though I have been dreading it prior to meeting her . I had been wanting to buy a car for several months but due to my hectic schedule I was having difficulty making it to the dealership and Nelly was responsive found me a car sent me a video of it brought all the paperwork arranged all of the financial situation and trade-in of my old car . I am now happily driving my new car and the experience was so stress-free I would recommend Nelly to anybody who is currently dreading buying a new car because she makes it painless and surprisingly enjoyable !! Rich Mahon and Troy Babayigit and Management and Bruce Benn We purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry xse and we traded our fully loaded 2015 Toyota Camry xse with the Etunes premium package and navigational system. Af We purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry xse and we traded our fully loaded 2015 Toyota Camry xse with the Etunes premium package and navigational system. After Troy had looked and photos of our Car we were sold our New Car with 782 miles while our other car had only 16,000. Miles we did not know this and after we had signed all papers we found our car was not fully loaded with Etunes premium package but an gscout navigational appt that did not keep up with cars navigation and had not additional apps for tuning into Pandora or other radio stations. We came back the Monday after we left Sat. Night after 8.45 without a detailed cleaned car or a free full tank of gas. When we arrived we talked to our salesman and he looked up the Etunes premium package and said it could be purchased and put in by someone outside Toyota South but when they talked to The service manager he told us we would have to talk to Rich Mahon who would get intouch with us. After two weeks of going back in forth Rich Mahon through emails with no success he told us we could purchase another kind of Panasonic car play navigational system and a head set for 1600.00 something dollars but they wouldn't put in the premium Etunes premium package for us. On 7-5-17 we went back to the dealership and they said they would make it right trade our car for another one with Etunes premium package and fully loaded but we would have to pay 2,000.00 down and 740.00 a month higher than our payments now and we put np money down on our other car. Or have we had to pay any money down on our past six purchases from Toyota and we told Troy that we would keep our ca r if they would put in the Etunes premium package but they refused . When we walked out I called the dealership back and ask for Troy and ask him why my husband's Credit had been read he said they didn't and we had received a messages from Credit Karma that they had and when I told him he rudely hung up on me and When I called back the receptionist refused to tell me his last name and hung up on me. We were so upset and will never referred this company to anyone ever and we went there because they say they are family owned and ran when they are not.
