No one knows what transpired and I’m not sure if they will honor anything we had previously discussed. Dwayne just picked up where they dropped the ball and I’m very satisfied with his assistance. I still need to know if someone can get the photos from the warranty inspector of the identified damaged parts that were repaired/replaced. I also want to know if the complimentary vehicle cleaning will be honored due to the stains found inside. More
