My insurance has lapsed over 6 times in the past year because he manually takes payments through text and imessages because he doesn’t have a way to process automatically. Recently 12/2/22, Jaline used this “manual payment processing” To charge $680 of unauthorized charges to my debit card. AVOID THE SAME FATE AND DO NOT SEND J CHILDS AGENCY YOUR CARD DETAILS THROUGH THE PHONE OR IN QUICKBOOKS. If you do… make sure to request a policy number and updated details for your insurance policy. Again I went months without knowing I did not have insurance because the payments I was making for as going to feed this SCAM of a business. It is a classic Ponzi scheme and should be reported to the FBI. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Terrible customer experience from an untrustworthy broker. Consider yourselves warned. More

They are great until after you buy the car. Then getting in touch with anyone almost impossible . Store manager finance manager and salesmen do not return calls or are unreachable. Turns out warranty is crap as my car broke down after 4 months. Still trying to cancel it. I recommend do not buy a used car here & never use their warranty More

I bought a 2022 Camry. Within 3 weeks carpet came apart from siding. I took it back waited hours for them to lie about fixing it twice.
