SUPER LONG 3 HOUR WAIT AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 PM. I had a basic oil change. Didn't leave until after 4 PM. There weren't even a lot of people waiting. What was the point of having an appointment for a service that literally takes less then 30 mins to do and end up keeping me waiting for 4 hours. This is the 2nd time I experienced this at this same location. I would rather drive 30 miles out to Stonecrest or Marietta for better service. Like I stated ,I WIL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!!!!!! More
