Pissed traded my 2019 from Toyota South traded it for a 2020 thought my insurance was transferred to the new car was never told I needed to call my insurance provider was involved in a hit and run accident 2020 thought my insurance was transferred to the new car was never told I needed to call my insurance provider was involved in a hit and run accident when to my surprise was told I had no insurance coverage both cars were bought from them no assistance no help nothing waited a hour to speak to a manager couldn’t even get that just totally ignored no customer appreciation don’t trust this dealership More

Worst experience ever! You would think going to a dealership would result in an easy resolution. These people decided how I would financially handle my car repair. Well how about informing the customer of all parts affiliated with "ran codes." Never again. Have to inform everyone of how you will be treated. Consumer Relations should be fired. No sympathy, no concern; worried only about her paycheck. More
