I've had Hondas all my life. This is my first Toyota and first time dealing with the service department. The entire experience was positive except how long it took to get checked in and checked out. I understand they are a busy dealership, and I can't fault them for the time it took; I just can't stand for long periods of time due to two very hard hit car accidents. I went in for a problem tire and six-month service. My service advisor, Michael, called me to get authorization on fixing my tire, said it would be ready in an hour, and when I wasn't there in that time he called me again to see if I was on the way. Thank you Michael (and Konner who checked me out) for the positive experience! More

I typically have excellent service experiences at the Dealership. I have appreciated my service advisor, Ali Diop. Most recently, I brought my car in for the Toyota recall regarding the fuel pump issue. Dealership. I have appreciated my service advisor, Ali Diop. Most recently, I brought my car in for the Toyota recall regarding the fuel pump issue. The dealership had a loaner ready for me although the repair was only for 3-4 hours. This was a great relief due to a health issue and inability to sit for long periods. In addition to the one recall service, my car was given a courtesy wash. Outstanding during this pollen-fallen allergy season. overall, to date, I have also been very pleased. On a recent visit in December, I joking told the advisor I knew he would strive to have my service done in 45 minutes. To my pleasant surprise, the goal was met. My car was serviced in 30 minutes. This has been my favorite dealership to date in the Atlanta metro area. More

I had an accident with my 2008 Toyota Yaris on 3/31/21 I took to the car repair and they considered it totaled. After 19 years I thought that car lasted me long enough.. I went to the Toyota Dealer in Jonesboro and Andrew King was the best in getting me a new 2021 Toyota Corolla. Not only was it the prettiest color on the lot but also a price I could afford. More

Had repairs for fluid leaks. Took two days to get my car back. Leak returned 5 days later. Asked to speak to sac mgr. was passed off to someone else. I’m sitting and waiting for the problem to be corrected. back. Leak returned 5 days later. Asked to speak to sac mgr. was passed off to someone else. I received excellent and speedy service from Salesman, Rob Anderson. He inspected my old car for trading and completed that process. Kylie was the first person to assist me by text before arriving at the Rob Anderson. He inspected my old car for trading and completed that process. Kylie was the first person to assist me by text before arriving at the dealership. She showed me pictures of available cars in the price range I desired. I showed my selection to Rob when I arrived and we started the paperwork. The finance person was patient and courteous also as I communicated with my bank and insurance company. I regret not remembering his name. The car was ready and waiting at the front door when the paperwork was complete. The above named personnel made this a very pleasant experience. More
