Very nice and organized. I had my appointment very early and was told that my Prius would be ready in three hours max. I was ready just about two hours later. I was able to go to the office early. I had service check up and they rebooted computer but did not fix the Bluetooth that faded away on audio. I called back three times and no one has returned my call.
