I've had bad luck with tires lately, like last Friday afternoon when I'm parked on the street and two cars crash near me, and part of one flies off and punctures my left rear tire. In the past year or two I feel like the service at this location has gown downhill. It simply doesn't feel like there is a desire to provide excellent service and address my concerns as a customer. I have been leasing from this Toyota dealership for the past 8 years, but I am considering going elsewhere, as I often feel that my concerns are not particularly important to the service staff. The attitude is best described as blase. Also I have no evidence that my vehicle is ever sanitized after being serviced. I always do this myself. I was disappointed recently as I brought my car in for it's scheduled maintenance, waited 4.5 hours for it to be finished, and then just 3 weeks later, an indicator light started coming on re: the washer fluid. This shouldn't happen so soon after a service. Feels like sloppy work. More
One of your service advisers sent me away to another dealership because I complained that Santa Monica didn't have a loaner car for me to use while my Mirai was being serviced. ONe. the Mirai comes with dealership because I complained that Santa Monica didn't have a loaner car for me to use while my Mirai was being serviced. ONe. the Mirai comes with a 21 day car loaner service and Two. only Santa Monica Toyota has the equipment to service the Mirai. So, he was wrong on both counts. And they forgot to reset the service lights on the car. My car still is telling me to get windshield wiper fluid. If I didn't have to go to SM Toyota for service I'd go to Marina Del REy or Manhattan Beach. Manhattan beach is the best looking dealership around. Santa Monica is a poor reflection on the amount of business it does, it's run down and looks like a crack shack. More
