We first talked with Mark Lewis on the phone. We needed a new 12volt battery for our Camry Hybrid 2007. Had to leave the car overnight, and was given a nice new free rental. Danielle called us early the next morning to say our Camry Hybrid was ready with fresh free car wash!! Mark and Danielle were professional, informative, and friendly as well as other staff (valet). The face of Toyota Santa Monica is the service from dedicated staff members. We live in the SF Bay Area and we're so impressed with the service we received at SM Toyota. The service is superb!!! He already knew what the issue was with my car, listened carefully to my concerns, and spoke with me at length about my repair options. He even washed my car while I was trying to decide what to do about the car repairs! Finally, Manny Ruiz was super friendly, incredibly helpful in getting competitive pricing for my service, and ensuring that my parts were ordered promptly. I also was quite impressed with Julio and Rebecca, who were positive, friendly, and very helpful. Manny Hernandez, Manny Ruiz, and Alex provided the best customer service I've every experienced at a mechanic. They went above and beyond to make sure that I received excellent service and a competitive price. They've made me a loyal Toyota of Santa Monica customer- because of them, I'll come back to Toyota for all of my service needs, and, because of them, I'll most likely purchase my next Toyota at your dealership. I had brought my Toyota over from Hawaii about a year and a half ago and had taken it to the Toyota dealership in Culver City. I was taking my car to random bodyshops when there was a strange fluid coming from the bottom of my car and one bodyshop said it was my radiator and another said it was engine oil...I was freaked out and called my sister (She's been a longtime Lexus customer) and she made me tow my car from North Hollywood to Toyota Santa Monica. There I met Alex. The service was night and day from what I got from Culver City. He got me in and out of there quickly, got me a loaner and all my overdue services done. HE'S AMAZING which is why I will always make a trip from North Hollywood to Santa Monica to get my service done with him. If anyone needs service done I would recommend making an appointment with him! More
I walked into Toyota to buy a brand new Yaris. I drove away with my Yaris, extrenely happy with the whole experience. i have since taken my car in for two services and for some body repair. Both departments were excellent also, friendly, helpful,professionl and efficient with excellent results and the service and repairs were carried out very speedily. They organised a car hire which had a car waiting for me as I dropped off my car for repair and for the service a friendly guy, dropped me off to my yoga class whilst the car was being serviced. It's refreshing to go into an organisation where everyone is happy, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Thank you Toyota/Sion Santa Monica, I recommend you 100%. More

I took my 08 Prius in for a 40,000 mile service. Mark was very friendly and very informative. When my car was ready, he called me immediately to let me know. Sometimes I feel like service centers tend to push the customer into services that the customer may not need right away. It was refreshing to deal with Mark. I rated the price "okay" because I just wish it were cheaper to get my car serviced. More
