Brandon was great. Joe Magaña was very responsive - worked to remove a scratch on my car. The 6 month service was somewhat unnecessary. I drove nearly 100 miles, (woke up at 3:30 in the morning to be worked to remove a scratch on my car. The 6 month service was somewhat unnecessary. I drove nearly 100 miles, (woke up at 3:30 in the morning to beat traffic) from Santa Barbara to Santa Monica. They crew rotated my tires and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. There needs to be better communication with the client and an opportunity to have these overly simple tasks done by the dealer in Santa Barbara. Finally, these two tasks took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Unbelievable. More

For the past 4 years Toyota of Santa Monica has provided abysmal service. This last visit was a complete 180. The service advisor (Victor?) was excellent... my car was returned well ahead of when promised.. abysmal service. This last visit was a complete 180. In 2010, we bought our 2010 Toyota Corolla S at this dealership and have not gone anywhere else since then. We regularly come in for maintenance and will not take it to any other dealership.
