Joanna Tsymbaliuk took care of me and immediately made me feel right at home. She was so warm and friendly. She said if I ever needed help with anything regarding my car, I could call her and she would help me directly. It was such a personal touch. I didn't feel like just another customer at just another dealership. I felt valued! More

regular maintenance Mark Lewis was the service rep; was able to bring the car in the next day and do the regular service with no problem. There were issues from the previous service that i was waiting to do in this service appointment and they were all taken care of. Car runs like new. Very pleased. Also had recall/warranty issues taken care of as well. Excellent service. More
Wonderful Experience I have known Chris Rinker, who has been the Assistant Service Manager at Toyota Santa Monica for many years. As always, Chris takes care of me and al I have known Chris Rinker, who has been the Assistant Service Manager at Toyota Santa Monica for many years. As always, Chris takes care of me and always returns my telephone calls within a reasonable amount of time when I leave a message for him on his voice mail, When I go in for my appointment for a checkup of my Toyota Yaris Chris always explains to me what the Service Department is going to do regarding servicing my car, which I greatly appreciate. My girlfriend, Tavia Kallison, who owns a Toyota Corolla asked me if I could recommend a Toyota Dealership and, of course, I recommended Toyota Santa Monica and Chris Rinker. Tavia told me that she was so impressed with Chris that she will always give Toyota Santa Monica her business. More

Bad service experience Terrible service. Complete lack of customer support. Only looking out for their bottom line. Lie to you and don't follow through on their promises. Terrible service. Just last weekend my ~1 year old Scion FR-S dies completely out of the blue on the 405 while my eight month pregnant wife was driving it. This is a car that is just over one year old, was bought new from this dealer, and is still under warranty. We get it towed to this service center Saturday because it's close and despite previous issues with poor warranty service, they seem to be turning it around. Eddie Sandoval tells us: "We'll know what's wrong by the end of the day!" and "We'll cover you for a rental. Just call us Monday morning!". Monday morning comes around. No word about what is wrong with the car. What's worse is that they don't call back after repeated voicemails and I have to walk down to the service center and ask what the xxxx is going on. Turns out they're "waiting on authorization from Japan". "This has never happened before!" and I'm SOL. You can rent a car from us they say! Gee great! Nice bait and switch fellas. You promised a free rental and now I'm late to work. The last thing I'm going to do is give your company some money. Fast forward to Tuesday: if the issue is the clutch, we will not pay for it! But we need to tear down the transmission. If the issue is in the transmission we will cover it. I ask, so hey, tearing down a transmission sounds like a lot of work. If you don't find anything in the transmission, since you are doing this for investigatory work under a warranty, I'm not going to pay for that right? No. If we don't find anything *YOU* pay for the tear down. Ladies and gentlemen: The quality Toyota Warranty. Warranty and customer support means nothing to this company. Perhaps I have been too spoiled by Apple who actually, you know, fix their product when it breaks and don't try to gouge their customers. More

Hollie Kaminsky is very knowledgeable abo I am glad I have a go to person which is Hollie Kaminsky when I go for car service at the Toyota Dealership. Hollie Kaminsky is very knowledgeable about the products and service at Toyota. She always follows up with details and answers when asked. With out Hollie being there I would be hesitant to get service unless a equal choice was available for me to work with and that's a high standard. More
