Good experience at Toyota Santa Monica In an age when trust is hard to come by, it is refreshing to deal with the people at Toyota Santa Monica. They let me know in advance about price and what was entalled. And they informed about thiings that were discovered. They also gave me good advice. Although the final cost was more than the estimate, it was understandable as some parts had to be purchased, and some of the labor took a bit more time.Thanks, especially to Manager Sam Mull for his courtesy and helpfulness.
