I don't even know where to begin. .. The WORST customer service I've ever seen! Roadside Assistance is a joke! Yesterday, I had a tire blowout on the 105FWY during rush hour with a ch .. The WORST customer service I've ever seen! Roadside Assistance is a joke! Yesterday, I had a tire blowout on the 105FWY during rush hour with a child in the car. I waited for 3 hours on the side of the road for assistance that never came. A random Tow Truck driving by, pulled up to see if I needed help. I paid out of pocket for a service that Toyota is responsible for. I called Toyota today and they kept passing me from one person to another without an answer or help on how to get my tire fixed, because by the way, there is no spare tire in the trunk (outrageous that car manufactures can be that cheap and Toyota to not inform customer of the same!) They are a bunch of poor trained people that are there just to take your money and smile when you come in to lease or purchase a car from them! Other that, completely useless. More

They never reattached my glove box after removing it to service my dashboard. I found it in my back seat after driving away. Almost $3k in service and they left the car dirty for pickup. They didn't really respond to me. I sent at least 2, maybe 3 emails inquiring about a vehicle. Needs a better customer service. Finance person did not provide good service and organized paperwork. I purchased a vehicle with no loan 3 months ago and they still did not release a title to me. Do you like dishonest dealers? If so great this is the place for you. They will give you a price over the phone just to get you in the door. Have a bunch of dumb charges added. Nelson was polite, professional and made repair recommendations based on my budget and what was needed, The pay online was convenient, and Lyft ride home was a bonus. While the total price of service was a bit on the high side, I understood what my 2015 Prius required to be done by the technician. I bought the car there and consistently had it serviced there. I'm happy to say it's still a great car! More
