NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES! That's probably the most amazing thing about the people I mentioned who work at this dealership. They don't push you into anything you don't want, and they ALWAYS take your phone calls or call you back. I have each of their cell numbers, and I've never had a problem. I LOVE MY CAR!!! And I highly recommend these guys. They take good care of you, and honor all requests... no matter how silly (like I said, I'm high maintenance). Had I known they were so awesome, I would have gone to this dealership, before making contact with others. Car shopping for me is normally a nightmare. This is the first good experience I've had at a car dealership... EVER. I'm not kidding. Thank you guys for your patience, and kindness, and overall awesomeness. I truly appreciate it. More
Finance department signed me up for extended care warranty and pre-paid maintenance, neither of which I asked for. When I tried canceling the two, they told me repeatedly they would and then that the warranty and pre-paid maintenance, neither of which I asked for. When I tried telling the dealership about my dissatisfaction in the way things were handled, they couldn't have cared less. I would never again buy a car from Toyota of Santa Monica or let anyone I know go down the same path. More

The car we bought was a 1-heard old mint condition mustang convertible. Perfect, and the price was a steal. The finanicing office worked even further to bring our interest rate way down. We couldn't be more satisfied. One more important point; Max doesn't sell a car that's not the pinnacle of worthiness. I had my eye on a beautiful BMW Z4 he'd just gotten in; it hadn't even gone to detail yet. The next day, when I inquired about it, Max told me it would not sell from their lot, because an engine problem had been found. Their standard for mechanical worthiness is thus very high. If you want a used car that looks and drives like new, but at a used car price, go see Max Riley. More

I brought my Prius in for service and a new battery. The work was well done and completed on time. I was very pleased with my service advisor and the discount he gave me on my battery. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JERKS! Lying Thieves! I came in with the ad from the LA Times, and after 2 hours of test driving and paperwork, all of the sudden the deal was THOUSANDS of dollars more than what th with the ad from the LA Times, and after 2 hours of test driving and paperwork, all of the sudden the deal was THOUSANDS of dollars more than what they had promised me! They were really slick and unapologetic about wasting my day. DO THE WORLD A FAVOR and DO NOT GO TO THEM! Let this business fail, the salesman promised me WITH A HANDSHAKE a certain price and is a dishonorable human being. After walking out the door they brought in a SLICK WILLY who tried to explain to me that their newspaper ad is a bait and switch and that is how they do business. They are dishonorable people that will waste your time. GO ELSEWHERE! I will be reporting them to the DMV and better business association. More

I took my 08 Prius in for a 40,000 mile service. Mark was very friendly and very informative. When my car was ready, he called me immediately to let me know.
