She was honest about the service recommendations, telling me quite candidly what was truly needed and what might possibly wait a while. But they didn't find anything wrong, and told me to keep checking it until the next scheduled maintenance. Throughout the experience, she was friendly, fast, and eager to make it a good experience for me. Tony Doyle made this the easiest car leasing/buying experience I have ever had! I planned on being there at least 5 or 6 hours, and I was in my newly leased car in 2 1/2 hours. Thomas made every effort to get my car looked at as soon as possible, because I had to take my sister to a pre-op. He also got me a rental car right at the dealers.
