She was honest about the service recommendations, telling me quite candidly what was truly needed and what might possibly wait a while. I had asked them to check out something on the door lock, which is often an invitation to let the dealership open your wallet. But they didn't find anything wrong, and told me to keep checking it until the next scheduled maintenance. Throughout the experience, she was friendly, fast, and eager to make it a good experience for me. Tony Doyle made this the easiest car leasing/buying experience I have ever had! I planned on being there at least 5 or 6 hours, and I was in my newly leased car in 2 1/2 hours. Thomas made every effort to get my car looked at as soon as possible, because I had to take my sister to a pre-op. He also got me a rental car right at the dealers.
