Nelson was polite, professional and made repair recommendations based on my budget and what was needed, The pay online was convenient, and Lyft ride home was a bonus. Brandon was great. Joe Magaña was very responsive - worked to remove a scratch on my car. The 6 month service was somewhat unnecessary. I drove nearly 100 miles, (woke up at 3:30 in the morning to be worked to remove a scratch on my car. The 6 month service was somewhat unnecessary. I drove nearly 100 miles, (woke up at 3:30 in the morning to beat traffic) from Santa Barbara to Santa Monica. They crew rotated my tires and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. There needs to be better communication with the client and an opportunity to have these overly simple tasks done by the dealer in Santa Barbara. Finally, these two tasks took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Unbelievable. More
