Excellent After checking out other dealerships in the area, I went to this one due to its high reviews on dealerrater.com. I asked for a price quote on a 2018 P After checking out other dealerships in the area, I went to this one due to its high reviews on dealerrater.com. I asked for a price quote on a 2018 Prius and Mark Ashtini gave me a quote in 5 minutes. Not only was the quote the fastest of any other dealer I visited, it was also the best price. In the other dealerships I went to I had to talk for over an hour to try to get a quote, and even after negotiating the price was still higher than the price Mark gave me. I came back the next day with my wife, and Mark spent his entire day with us, making sure we were fully satisfied with the our choice. He had me taken care of in maybe 6 minutes and that included going to check his tire stock for the specific tires I asked for. The service only took about 2 hours and the price was friendly given the buy 3 get the fourth one for $1 special. Great service and a decent price! More

I also appreciate her giving me a call for the additional work needed that they found while while working on my car. There's a Toyota Dealer near me but I don't mind the drive going to Santa Monica as I'm very satisfied with great service that they provide. Tony took a great deal of time to show me how everything worked...all the electronics, connected my i-phone to bluetooth, and made sure I understood the basics of Prius in vivo, while driving.
