Expensive preventive services were recommended that I had done. On the invoice they are noted as customers request. I think the dealership was a bit deceptive. mHad I known Toyota did not recommend these services I would not have had them performed. The service representatives were extremely helpful. Yet, although I had an appointment, the service was quite slow. But the service itself seemed fine. I have one criticism. DON'T change that setting -- as the service technicians did. This is a dangerous habit, which means that I can find myself driving without headlights and not realize it for a period, and thus be left trying to reset the lights while driving, if I have no easy place to pull over. There is no reason to change a setting that the vehicle owner has in place. Don't do that again. Thank you. More

inspector's poor justifications. I brought my car because my tire blew out on freeway. Two inspectors check my car and gave me two complete deferent summary.
