When picking up my car, it was a mess. No one told me what was done or explained the service and the pricing. I was left just standing there. The experience was great and timely as usual. I expected a complimentary car wash (exterior) like all other service centers provide. It was not provided and I assume the service center was too busy yesterd a complimentary car wash (exterior) like all other service centers provide.
