I waited 2 hours for battery to be checked but was told software probably drained it. It took 4 hours to update it. This seemed wrong on a 2020 car with only 6000 miles driven. After presenting the KBB Instant Cash Offer to Toyota of Santa Monica, I leased a 2021 Toyota Mirai and sold the 2019 Lexus ES300H to them. Since August 1, 2021, I have been abandoned by the Toyota of Sant Santa Monica, I leased a 2021 Toyota Mirai and sold the 2019 Lexus ES300H to them. Since August 1, 2021, I have been abandoned by the Toyota of Santa Monica Salesman, Ulises Villanueva; General Manager, Matthew Unger; Manager, Hector Medina; and, the Finance Manager, Hassan Mohaved. It has been almost two (2) weeks since I traded my 2019 Lexus ES300H, and I have still not received the promised payment for the traded vehicle's balance of equity. An investigation has revealed that Toyota of Santa Monica paid Lexus Financial for my automobile trade on August 8, 2021. However, the Toyota of Santa Monica Finance and General Managers have failed to respond to my many email inquiries, and are holding on to my money longer than is ethical or legal. Due to their egregious greed and poor customer service, I will never return to Toyota of Santa Monica again for a future vehicle purchase or service. More

When picking up my car, it was a mess. No one told me what was done or explained the service and the pricing. I was left just standing there.
