Nelson was terrific--professional and competent. The turnaround time was good. NOT HAVING A CASHIER AVAILABLE FOR CHECKING OUT AND PICKING UP THE CAR IS UNACCEPTABLE. Daniel Hill promised me a deal on the phone -- I filled out all the paperwork. Then, they sent the quote and it was $4500 more than what Daniel promised. My service experience was quick. Brandon helped me get checked in with no issues. The car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time.
