Poor service went in for a recall and a transmission fluid exchange had 7am appointment talked to a service advisor told him I was not in a hurry they had all day I was dropping off cool they did the pa fluid exchange had 7am appointment talked to a service advisor told him I was not in a hurry they had all day I was dropping off cool they did the paper work and I left called me at 9:30am saying car was done I show up at 11:30 my car was a mess dash cam unplugged wires thrown all over the floor part of my dash still taken apart ask to talk to service manager was told “he’s in a meeting” so they bring shop foreman over he says I have nothing to say took my car to the back waited another 30 min and they bring the car back finally ready to go who knows if they even did my transmission fluid exchange I do not trust this dealer very sloppy work there is many Toyota dealers in the area I suggest you go to one of them and not Toyota place no discount was given for wasting my time poor management poor customer service STAY AWAY!!! More

Was in communication with Jeff Toscas in internet sales for a little less than a week for a specific car advertised on Toyota Place's website. During one of my first calls with him, he said that if I come for a little less than a week for a specific car advertised on Toyota Place's website. During one of my first calls with him, he said that if I come into the dealership within the next 2 hours, he'll discount $500. I told him I was still working and couldn't leave. Later, we discussed price, got an out the door quote and I came in on the weekend to discuss further. I brought my checkbook and everything so that I would be ready to purchase once a deal was agreed upon. He was able to discount a small amount (a lot less than what he originally offered) but said that the vehicle was still in their shop getting worked on, likely doing software updates, etc. He said that it wouldn't be ready for a few days (Tuesday) but he'd call me once it's ready. Come Tuesday afternoon (today), I check their website again and notice that the vehicle is no longer listed. So I call around 1pm and learn that Jeff hasn't even been in the office for the past couple days. I explain the situation to Frank who pulls up my info and he says that the car is still being worked on, he thinks it's something to do with the door -- he says he'll call me once he finds out the status. I wait over 4 hours, still no call so I call back again. I talk to Frank and he says that it's already been sold, but says that he has another one in a different color, which I never wanted. I tell him I want the same color and configuration as my original request, without all the unnecessary add ons (even though he said that usually they add paint protection and something else that I never wanted to most of their cars, so I was likely getting discounted off of that anyways). BTW, the whole time I was in communication with Jeff and other salesmen, they were trying to emphasize that they DON'T add on a bunch of other stuff like other dealers do - oh the irony. I tell Frank that I already got an out the door quote from Jeff and that he already agreed to give me the small discount. Frank then says he'll try to see if he can swap with another dealership for the one I want. I wait an hour, still no call back. I call back and they say he has gone home for the day. I ask to speak to someone else who says that he's still there and he'll get him. Put on hold for a minute and says that yes, he's gone home. At this point, I'm not surprised. If everyone hadn't dropped the ball and they did what they said they would do, I would've given them a positive review since they appeared to be straightforward with me and was ready to recommend them to other friends looking for a Toyota. Instead, I'm saying to never buy a car from Toyota Place. They will give you the runaround, the communication is awful, and they will bait and switch you on prices. More
This place will lie to you and rip you off. They said they will honor the Costco pre-negotiated price but when you get there, they’ll tell you, you must buy mandatory options like paint protection.
