Do not go to this Dealership.. Stay away.. Waste of time I've called the dealership regarding a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE in White, but they did not have it, so I asked them can you order it for me. Kate told m I've called the dealership regarding a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE in White, but they did not have it, so I asked them can you order it for me. Kate told me she will be happy to order one for me with the costco pricing, but I have to come to the dealership. So on 7/19/19, a Friday, I drove an hour in traffic to this place and I met with Kate who transferred me to another internet sales manager Angel who took my ID card saying he's getting it ready for the deal. Then, Jeffrey Toscas who is one of the managers comes and tells us that they cannot order a car for us. As we explain what happened over the phone he rudely leaves and goes back to his office which is something i've never seen a manager do in my years being a businessman. Then I talk to Karina who brings the General Sales Manager, Carlos, who tells us after listening to our complaints that he can order us a car or dealer swap. We are then taken into a private office where we wait nearly 30 minutes for no one to show up. I leave and Carlos later calls me saying that he found a dealer to swap with. I was not happy with what happened at the dealership and after reading many reviews about this place deceiving people and baiting them, I want to warn everyone to not go here at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! More
