Great Dealership! Excellent Service! I came in today for some diagnostics and service. Louie Martinez was my awesome service advisor once again! ( I came in August as w Excellent Service! I came in today for some diagnostics and service. Louie Martinez was my awesome service advisor once again! ( I came in August as well and he was my advisor, then as well.) I also got the opportunity to speak with several other customers for a school marketing project I'm working on, and the absolutely lovely Gabriella their customer relations manager about all things Toyota. She was not only lovely, she was so lovely, I'm taking the time to write this review instead of studying for my test tomorrow... which I really should be doing... seeing that I spent so much time on my project at Toyota today. My point is, this place is great! Everyone is friendly and helpful and all the customers I talked to really loved their cars and the customer service they received from this dealership. I'm no secret shopper or anything, but if I was, I'd give this dealership 6 out of 5 stars. They are so customer service oriented it's no wonder they are always busy. They are a lovely, efficient, and very willing to help crew. More

It feels more like a used car sales lot, than a dealership. They take long to do the work, try to sell you what you may not need.
