My wife and I set out to buy her a new car on May 9th. We had narrowed the choice down to either a Lexus NX300 Hybrid or Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. After spending many WEEKS with first an unresponsive salesperson a had narrowed the choice down to either a Lexus NX300 Hybrid or Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. After spending many WEEKS with first an unresponsive salesperson and then an unresponsive sales manager at our local Lexus dealership we decided to give Toyota Pasadena a try. What a difference! In one day Dave Canfield our salesperson patiently listened to her desire on exterior color, interior, features, etc. He located two cars from other dealerships that fit. We worked out a great price and he even drove to Manhattan Beach to bring the car over for us to see. On top of that he came in on his day off to walk my wife through all the new features on her new car! More

I had a curve ball thrown at me of looking into Corolla's and before I knew it we were test driving a Corolla and making a deal.
