We had extensive service on our 2003 Toyota Sienna Van and Rick Smith was a super help to us as he has always been. Our van had to be kept there for 3 days to get the repair needed done. When we went there to pick up our van, we decided to purchase a new car the one we had driven home. It was a seller--exactly what we were looking for and loved the color. Everyone who handled the transaction was excellent. Bobby Lane, sales consultant went over everything with us and even got in the care with us to show us how to operate everything which we had never had anyone do before. The general manger there helped us, as well as Rick Smith, get the price that we could afford. We are very very pleased with our new 2012 Camry. The service thru the years since our 2003 purchase of our sienna was the main reason for returning there for another Toyota.
