Just left TOYOTA of Vero Beach. Did you know a door handle is considered TRIM! I CANNOT OPEN MY HATCH on my Sequoia. NOT covered under warranty. REALLY!!! Jason Dorsch (Sales guy with tattoo's) sold me handle is considered TRIM! I CANNOT OPEN MY HATCH on my Sequoia. NOT covered under warranty. REALLY!!! Jason Dorsch (Sales guy with tattoo's) sold me the car told me " I just made $97 on the deal, what do you want me to do pay for it? Maybe you should try a junk yard" WOW, great customer service. So certified pre-owned hah! Made deal where dealership would make first payment if I upped the amount putting down. Said just to bring in what I recieved from the bank so they would have my account number to pay. When bill came in I upped the amount putting down. Said just to bring in what I recieved from the bank so they would have my account number to pay. When bill came in I took it to them, was told that, them making the first payment was not part of the deal that was made. Told them it was written down and signed by the sells manager on the sheet that had the price quote we agreed on. They went to pull my file, came back 30 mins later said they couldnt find the file and they wouldnt make the payment. Bob Quall the owner was of no help either. Very very very bad reputation around town, wish I would have asked around more before going. More

Most people say not to buy a car in Vero, but we had a great experience shopping here. We got the deal we wanted. Definitely was some haggling which wasn't fun but it worked out in the end. And it was soooooo easy for us to order the car we wanted. Everyone was honest and upfront. The service department is AWESOME. Jennifer is so knowledgable. And so is everyone else I've worked with there. Service time might take a while but I always took advantage of the courtesy car so I never waited around there. The service people are VERY friendly, considerate, and helpful. More

I bought a 2 year old Toyota from this dealership. Due to way I was treated and charged over the 2-1/2 years that I owned a Toyota and relied on VB Toyota for service I recently traded the vehicle and wil to way I was treated and charged over the 2-1/2 years that I owned a Toyota and relied on VB Toyota for service I recently traded the vehicle and will probably never buy another Toyota. In my opinion their work was shoddy, as I repeatedly had to have the same problem repaired several times and the car was never ready when promised and filthy when it was. Many times I waited 2 hours for an oil change even after making an appointment days ahead of time. I gave them a 2 for friendliness as they always had a smile when they took my money. More
