Just recently purchased my 3rd Avalon from Toyota of Vero Beach. My salesperson Ben Thomas was excellent, even helping me to connect my phone with the handsfree bluetooth and everything. Too far to go for service, but will continue purchasing my Toyotas from them and have already referred a family member and a few friends. More

I dread buying a new vehicle and rarely rate a dealer as my past experiences have been awful however I just had one of the most pleasant experiences ever at Toyota of Vero Beach. Ben was awesome! He worked a deal with me over the phone letting me know that he couldn't give me an accurate figure for my trade over the phone, but gave me a "guesstimate" saying that he would get more if he could. That got me to visit the dealership. I was given more for my trade after I got there, the purchase price he promised was honored, and I left in my new camry with the feeling that I was important! Kudos to the staff there for making me feel special and helping me get my dream car! The entire staff there was not only helpful and friendly, they were true professionals. No back and forth, no bait and switch, just honesty. They are really some good people there and you can clearly see that they work as a team with their managers. (who were real gentlemen as well).
